Established in 2016 by fitness addicts Victor and Yann Candia, CrossFit F15 was born from a vision to craft an unparalleled fitness venture accessible to all. Since then, it has evolved into a beacon of excellence within Malta’s fitness landscape.

The Olympic Weightlifting class aims to teach you the Olympic weightlifting techniques: Clean and Jerk, Snatch. You will also be learning related drills and progressions such as Snatch balance, Snatch drop, Hang Snatch, Hang Clean, High Hang, Jerks such as push Jerk, Split Jerk & more. You will also improve your strength, mobility and techniques.

The stamina class is a class geared toward making sure each athlete raises their endurance level. The class is made up of various exercises using rowers, ski-erg, bikes but you will also run, learn double-under and mix it with some lifting exercises in order to boost your athletic performance and to give you a stronger physique. This class will help you: Enhance transportation of oxygen to working muscles, speed recovery between high intensity sessions, regulate body fat distribution, Weight loss management, increase stamina, reduce fatigue, condition your heart and lungs, help manage stress level.

Tuesday & Friday : 6.30 AM

Experience a CrossFit class designed to enhance your strength and conditioning by incorporating a dynamic blend of Weightlifting, Conditioning, and Gymnastics movements. Our classes feature functional exercises performed at high intensity, ensuring a challenging yet rewarding workout. Our program aims to cultivate strength, endurance, and calorie burn while providing opportunities to master new skills with our expert coaching. Get ready to enhance ten essential physical skills: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. Join us and unleash your full potential.

Hyrox training is a specialized form of functional fitness that prepares individuals for Hyrox races—a unique and challenging competition that blends running with a series of functional exercises. Hyrox classes serve a specific purpose in preparing individuals for the unique challenges posed by Hyrox races. The purpose of these classes includes: Sport-Specific Preparation Improved Endurance Functional Strength Development Skill Refinement Mental Toughness Training Community Support Goal Achievement

The Gymnastics class focuses on developing both the skill and the strength required to perform and improve gymnastics movements such as pull up, chest to bar, muscle up, toes to bar, handstand push up, handstand walk & more. As well as learning lots of new skills and progressions toward perfecting your gymnastics skills, you will gain strength, grip strength, mobility, speed and explosiveness. Whether you are working towards your first pull up or aiming to improve your ring muscle-up, we have all it takes to get you where you want to be.

The Barbell cycling class teaches you the method of moving a barbell through the complete range of motion that requires degrees of technique, body control, speed, and movement efficiency to allow multiple repetitions to be performed. You will learn how to move the barbell fast also known as touch and go which is a fast-paced, and highly efficient way of completing reps of barbell exercises, especially snatch, and clean & jerk. This class will help you develop techniques to move fast using a barbell. It will help you increase muscle strength and endurance, it will challenge your cardio and improve your grip strength.

Monday 7 pm

Attending this class will help you increase your range of motion of joints and muscles and therefore improve position, posture, power and efficiency. Mobility training can alleviate everyday aches and pains as well as improve body awareness. During this class, you will focus on improvement of movements ranges through exercises with sticks and other equipments as well as active or passive stretching. You will not only stretch but also work on your muscles and joints, adapting every exercise to the fitness level of the participants!

None Intensity

All Level welcome

Saturday 10 AM

The Team Workout is similar to the CrossFit class, the difference is that the workout is performed as a Team (of 2, 3 or even 4 sometimes). It is fun and challenging and is also a great class to strengthen the cohesion in the gym. You will learn new skills and also learn how to perform synchronised movements with your teammate(s). You will gain strength, burn calories, improve your stamina and your endurance while having fun. Don’t let your teammate down and push until the last second.

Saturday 10 AM

The Functional strength class is designed to help you build a strong body thanks to various exercises and accessories. It focuses on quality of movement over intensity. The class is made up of functional movements & lifting movements performed at controlled pace It will help you develop strength, build muscles as well as a strong body and prevent injuries. You will also strengthen your joints and improve your posture. Any movements can be scaled to your level so you do not have to worry about anything. You will squat, deadlift, bench press, press and you will be taught all the techniques to ensure safety and sustainability.

Mon – Tues – Thurs 5.50 PM
This class is designed to our intermediate and advanced athletes who wish to put in an extra work. The time spent in this class will be dedicated to developing strength, lifting, and performing heavier / more intense workouts and conditioning pieces. This will be fun, intense and you will learn how to be more efficient in a workout, understand stimulus, develop strategies, develop a suitable pace and understand your own capacity and limitations. If you want to compete or just push yourself a bit more and you have all the requirements above then this class is for you

MEET OUR NUTRITIONIST

Lara has been living in Malta for six years, where she discovered CrossFit and developed a passion for improving her performance. This passion led her to focus on nutrition, and she soon noticed significant improvements in her athletic abilities through dietary changes. Inspired by these results, Lara decided to become a dietitian.

During the COVID-19 lockdowns, she pursued a Nutrition Degree, completing it in September 2023. Now an official dietitian, Lara firmly believes in the adage “you are what you eat.” She emphasizes the importance of finding a balance between discipline and pleasure in one’s diet and aims to help others achieve this balance and enjoy healthy eating.
